We honor all who make a planned gift by welcoming them into the GSA Legacy Circle, a community of supporters ensuring a brighter tomorrow for people living with Gorlin syndrome.

 

 

How it Works

  • You include Gorlin Syndrome Alliance in your will or revocable trust OR you name GSA as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy or retirement plan. 

  • Your gift will be received by GSA after your lifetime.

  • You can direct your gift to a particular purpose (be sure to check in with  us so your gift can be used as you intend). Unless otherwise specified, these gifts are used for GSA’s top priorities. 

Benefits

  • Your gift costs you nothing now. You retain control of your assets and can modify your gift at any time. Your gift can remain anonymous if you choose.

  • Your gift may provide tax savings or help reduce the tax burden for your heirs

  • You become a member of our  Legacy Circle and a champion for better treatments & a cure for Gorlin Syndrome. 

 

Sample Will Language

“I give to the Gorlin Syndrome Alliance, a nonprofit corporation located at 3005 S. Lamar Blvd., Suite D109 #264, Austin, Texas 78704, EIN: 34-1915691, the sum of $________ (or ______% of my estate) for __________(its general purposes or a specific designation) "
