Over her twenty-five year career, Dina has worked in just about every non-profit capacity. A New York native, Dina worked with The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the aftermath of the September 11th attacks ensuring that the needs of New Yorkers with disabilities were met. She went on to lead the borough of Brooklyn’s distribution of the September 11th fund to victims as the Director of Brooklyn Community Programs for the nation’s largest victim services agency, Safe Horizon.
Dina has led cause-related brand execution opportunities for NBA players, generating access to world-class basketball camps and clinics for thousands of underserved youth in Southern Arizona. As Chief Philanthropy Officer for Easterseals Blake Foundation, she raises more than 2M annually. Dina is a Certified Board Source Consultant who has worked with dozens of nonprofits to improve governance, plan for the future, and improve fundraising efforts. She has also served as a member of the board of directors for Arizona Theatre Company, The Blair Charity Group, and Imagine Greater Tucson.
A graduate of the University of Rochester, Dina holds Master’s degrees in both Rehabilitation Counseling and Business Administration and is a recipient of the Ronald L Kurth Leadership Award
Dina lives in Tucson, Arizona, and enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and traveling with her sons Maximilian & Marco.
